About these terms

These terms describe the permitted use of JTSC (JT Strategic Consulting) websites and resources. They do not themselves create a consulting engagement. A purchased product or service may have additional terms presented before purchase or in a separate agreement.

Our website, downloads and educational materials provide general guidance on business operations and workflows. Adapt them to your circumstances, professional obligations, engagement terms and approved systems. They are not legal, tax, accounting or regulatory advice, and do not replace the judgment of an appropriately qualified professional.

Examples are illustrative. We do not guarantee revenue, time savings, specific business results or regulatory compliance from using a resource or service.

Permitted use

You may use our website for legitimate business information, inquiries and purchases. Do not misuse forms, interfere with the service, attempt unauthorized access, submit unlawful material or infringe another person's rights.

Do not submit confidential client documents, passwords or sensitive financial information through public forms. Use only the secure channel agreed for an engagement, and share information only where you have authority to do so.

Digital resources and intellectual property

JTSC resources and materials are protected by applicable intellectual property rights. Unless a product states otherwise, a purchase grants permission for internal use and adaptation within one purchasing firm. It does not transfer ownership of the underlying materials.

Do not resell, publicly redistribute, sublicense or remove attribution from our materials without written permission. Rights expressly granted with a particular free resource or product take precedence for that resource. Third-party content remains subject to its own rights and terms.

Purchases and consulting services

Prices and currency are shown with the offer. Applicable taxes and the amount due must be shown before payment. The product description and checkout specify what is included; do not assume private consulting, custom implementation, videos or ongoing updates are included unless expressly stated.

Digital delivery and consulting scheduling follow the instructions provided with the purchase. If a download or access link does not work, contact [email protected] with your order reference. Do not send payment card details.

A free introductory call is separate from a paid Clarity Session. A consulting sprint requires agreement on scope, responsibilities, fees and delivery arrangements before work begins.

Cancellations, rescheduling and refund requests

Any product-specific cancellation, rescheduling or refund terms will be presented before purchase. To report a delivery issue, request a refund or discuss a booking change, contact [email protected] with the relevant order or appointment reference.

These website terms do not create a blanket “no refunds” rule or limit any rights or remedies you have under applicable law.

External services and availability

Our pages may link to or use third-party services for functions such as booking, payment and communications. Their applicable terms and privacy notices also govern your use of those services.

We take reasonable steps to keep information useful and current, but errors or interruptions may occur. Contact us if you notice a material error. We may update website content and features; changes do not override rights already established by a purchase or signed agreement.
